Strait

Like the calm before the storm, all great expeditions create a crescendo of excitement leading up to departure day. Now, one day before I head to the Bering Strait, for the third time in my life, I wonder what this experience will hold for me? I guess it is that sense of wonder and curiosity of the unknown and natural environment that keeps me going back for more. THIS is what the Bering Strait looked like the last time I was there. And this will be my first trip to Wales that temperatures will be above ten below zero. As I travel North, once again I find myself wondering if the Strait will be kind to me.
