Little Cabin in the Woods

It's that time of year in Alaska when the lakes aren't frozen yet and there is really not enough snow to ski on. So my weekends have been spent at my place in Denali Park. I call it my little cabin in the woods. It's actually been a project I've been working on for several years as time and finances allow. It is A LOT of work, but it is actually turning out to be a pretty cool space. And with its proximity to Denali it is a dream come true. With temperatures hovering between -20F and -30F the past several weeks, inside projects have been my focus. I typically need to get back to work in Eagle River so I can catch up on sleep for the following weekend full of projects.
