Living Large

Time spent on the water on Turnagain Arm is always exciting and perplexing. With the second highest tides in the world, it creates some precarious currents to try to kiteboard in. None the less a small community of kiters heads out on the water whenever the wind is blowing. These waters come with the added potential of being swept out to sea if you have problems. Most people find Turnagain Arm too dangerous to be out playing on, but for the kiters in the area, we just consider it "living large".
