Some epic weather and extremely high avalanche conditions found me in the mountains over the weekend with a friend that has a new speed wing. This is a miniature paraglider of sorts, which allows the 'pilot' to ski down the mountain and boost air, fly off the slope, and return to the ground to lay down some turns. With two speed wings in hand, we both were able to fly off in epic fashion.
